Installation steps

Aluminum skirting has special corner fittings and fasteners.

1.Check the corner of the ground and the wall is flat or not, For the uneven place, smoothing with a blade and then clean up, otherwise, the installation effect is bending and uneven, or has ugly cracks after the skirting installation.

2.Then, cut one part 150mm length aluminum skirting and put the fastener into the slot on the back, against the wall make a mark in the place that drill the hole.

Before drilling the hole, check the layout of the water and electricity to prevent the mistake. Drilling interval cannot be too big,  in general about 400mm is better

Use a special tool to drill holes in the wall, then use plastic to nail into the hole. Screw the fasteners to the wall.

3.The wall protrusion corner is called external corner, concave corner of the wall is called internal corner. The installation of external and internal corner is to mark fixed point position in the wall, and then drill the hole, plastic nail, and fix the external and internal corner on the corner with the screws.

Note: Because the pipes of water and electricity are buried on the wall, the position of the pipe just is under the switch socket. It is better to plan the drilling holes position to avoid any damage.

4.Finally measure the size and distance of each section with a tape, cut the corresponding size with a cutting machine, stuck in the corresponding buckle.

Add one fastener in the joint place, which can ensure skirting smooth and even effect.  It should be close to the wall completely, no gap, especially for the corner, should test the wall corner flatness before installation.
