1. Observe the ground and wall is smooth and flat. If it is not smooth and flat, use scraper knife to smooth it and then clean it. Otherwise, aluminum skirting board will be bent and not flat, also it is not close to the wall and there will be the crack between them.
2. Cut one piece 150mm aluminum skirting board, put the clip in the back slot, lay it to the wall, and then mark it in the holes place.
3. Pay attention to the water pipe and wires before the drilling. The distance of holes should not be big, in general it is about 40mm. Drill the hole in the wall, put the plastic setscrews in the hole, fix the clips on the wall by screws
4. Mark the fixed positions in the wall, drill hole and place the plastic setscrews, then fix the exterior or interior accessory parts on the wall with screws.
5. Measure the size of each section, cut the right size accordingly with the cutting machine, put them into the corresponding clip
6. The general aluminum skirting board is 2.5m, if the length is more than 2.5 meters, we had better add one fastener in the joint, so that we can assure aluminum skirting board flat and smooth.
TIPS: We call the convex part of wall as exterior and the concave part of wall as interior.
Aluminum skirting board should be very close to the wall, no creaks, especially for the corner.
